SoftRadio’s flexible and modular design supports a wide range of needs, but some requirements can be very specific. And sometimes it makes sense to build a system that is that extra bit ‘special’. We can provide full on-site installation, testing and acceptance including planning and project-management to pre-defined location(s), criteria and timelines.
Our training services are based on extensive experience in designing and delivering training. We provide cost-efficient ‘off-line’ training materials and tailored on-site training. The focus is on delivering sound learning that suits the level of the participants.
Extended Warranty / Priority Support
We can provide custom extended warranties. Priority support ranges from direct call-/e-mail support, over dedicated contacts to 24 x 7 call support, back-up systems and on-site services. Each package is tailored to the client’s specific circumstances, needs and budget.
